Signal not only aims to throw a festival of electronic music that is outstanding and unique in the Southeastern U.S., but also to heavily involve the local and regional community.  Several Signal events will be open to the public, such as all workshops, and DJ events on Saturday, April 12. 

Most of what you see was a product of the members of V2k, the Triangle area electronic music list.  This list is by far one of the oldest electronic music in the North Carolina (since 1999).  Members on V2k are active participants in the local electronic community.  Like Signal, the purpose of V2k is to provide support for local electronic music enthusiasts.  If you are a promoter or a electronic music fan, you should be on V2k.

We are proud to know the folks at the A3C Hip-Hop Festival .  They are putting on the hottest hip-hop show in the South. 

NC Lounge has been an integral part of this year's Signal.  You check their events whenever you are in town.

919 Noise is a collective for all of you experimental types.  You will see shows from this collectives members at Nightlight.
